So, I decided I'd once again start working on the Scooter I bought from Steven back, oh I don't know, too many months ago.
To recap, the scooter wouldn't run when I got it. I took it apart, put it minimally back together after cleaning out the carb and such. Jumped it off my 350Z and it started up. So I'm like sweet, I have a running ...

As announced on SCCA.com the SCCA has decided to change the dates of the ProSolo Finale.....
The Finale will now run Friday/Saturday 9/22-9/23 rather than the usual Saturday Sunday the weekend before Nationals. You can read some of the backlash in threads here on SCCAForums.com.
“Our goals are to provide both the opportunity for ...

I got this cracked out email today.
''Am lost in 'outer space' cannot grasp your 'paradox' using 2 0 0 6
A kid was asked 'how many people are at this table...he said '5' but there were 4...
Solution: 'The little kid could not count'....''
To which I sent the response
''Hello? What the heck is this?''
Which generated the ...

So, when I got the Digital Rebel back in October of 2003 I went ahead and purchased the $100 Best Buy Protection Plan, let me tell you what, that was a GREAT investment!
In Denver this past weekend I was shooting photos of the first heat on Saturday. The autofocus quit working, it wouldn't focus. I could manually focus so I did that so I could ...

I've made arrangements to purchase the wheels off of this Yellow Z (Andrew James) this weekend. I'll hopefully have them next week, possibly in time for KC, but most likely just in time for Denver the following weekend.
There are actually 3 more things we're planning on doing to the Z before Nationals. 1 being rotors and pads. 2 and 3 being ...

I spoke with Nissan Motorsports today about their contingency program. They offer Awards for the SCCA Solo National Championships and for the SCCA Pro Solo Finale.
A Nissan that wins it's class SCCA Pro Solo Finale can get $100 in contingency information.
A Nissan that wins a class in the SCCA Solo Nationals can get $500.
I'll post more ...

They keep spamming me, I'll keep blogging them.
I think I'll contact the Better Business Bureau in their area and complain, maybe even the local chamber of commerce. Once I do I'll post the contact info for everyone else to do the same.

I was reading a review for Forza and had to make a blog post about such a stupid reviewer comment, this comment is about GT4
'' the numbers are padded by ridiculous additions, such as the four versions of Volkswagen’s Beetle and no fewer than six mullet-worthy Camaros''
Whoever this guy is knows nothing about cars if he thinks that the ...

St. Louis is getting a real indoor go kart track! The word now if they are getting two. One downtown, and one in Earth City.
They'll be catering to Corporate customers at first, though I'm sure there will be plenty of kids and racers who want to play.
SOLO2.ORG will definitely be there! it appears the name will be Grand Prix Speedways

Thursday evening I replaced the engine tray cover, thanks to a hookup at a local nissan parts department I was able to do it for far less than I had expected! Back a few weeks ago I was headed down the highway and noticed it was dragging, a few zip ties fixed that incident, but didn't last for long, it has been scraping the past few weeks while ...

If you are looking to have T-Shirts screen printed, I would HIGHLY suggest NOT using Ace Printwear of Clinton, Iowa. They send out unsolicited email to unwilling customers, and have very very pour customer service. Once again, if you need to buy T-Shirts, do not order from Ace Print Wear, aceprintwear.com sucks! Here's the guy's email address and ...

A quick diagnosis of the engine problems I've had recently with my 2003 350Z, the SOLO2.ORG autocross Project Z.
Sat/Sun 3/19-3/20 in Arkansas for an SCCA National Tour my codriver had the car shut off on him twice, once each day, with problems restarting the car while on course. I ran the courses fine without any problems, we believe his ...
