Woohoo! The vert is gone! I wasn't nearly as sad to see it go as I thought I would be. Possibly because it went to a local guy so their might be a chance I see the car every once in a while at some local shows/cruises. I still have to deal with all of the spares that I had planned on selling with the car. The buyers response was "Why do I need spares? Isn't everything here?" Couldn't really argue with that logic, so Ebay, here they come.

So, for a brief moment I had a little breathing room .... until Mr. Scott showed up with his ITA / IT7 RX7 for some doorbar updates. It seems the AP cage leaves a little to be desired in the ease of entry/exit category. We'll be removing the current bars, dropping them down a bit lower and adding 2nd doorbars on each side to meet the '07 Improved Touring rules.

The NASA Spec944 cage is still in the shop waiting for some window net and right side nets to show up. Once they show up, some quick touchup to the paint, some harness mounts for the 6 point harness' and it's on its way out!
