After a short (but productive) delay caused by construction on my house, I'm finally back in the groove again. The Rally car is well under way. Jeff dropped the car off in mid October and the tear down began the next evening. The entire interior was stripped, sound material removed and all of the seams that were accessable with the drivetrain (and the car technically operational) were prepped and seam welded. Next on the list was to reinforce the shock towers and prepare their connection to the downbars of the cage.


As of today, the pads, main hoop, both downbars, forward strut braces, dash bar, windshield bar and rear hoop braces and rear diagonal have been test fit and tacked in place.
