Things aren't slowing down at all at Izzy's, in fact the ball is really starting to roll.
We are beginning a new cage for a 74 BMW 2002 for a customer in California. This will be a prefab cage that we will be shipping to CA in the next few weeks.
Thanks to some members of the BMW Club of St. Louis, we are test fitting the Main Hoop and downbars to their cars to assure that the cage will be the tightest fit possible.

The cage will be finished up in the next week or so and then shipped to Wine Country so the owner can have fun at the Cork Screw at Laguna Seca! We may never get to race there, but our cages will be!
As of 11/17/04, the Halo bar, downbars and doorbars are complete! All that remains are the Main Hoop braces, rear diagonal and harness bar. The harness bar will be set back to allow as much room for the driver as possible. The owner of the car is 6'8” so the set-back is a must! Pics!
