PFM Racing is my life!

Life is good!

Jim Stevens is my Hero!!!

So, we went to Hallett this weekend to race. I love Hallett. We had a great weekend. Firstly the weather was spectacular. I got to wear shorts on Sunday!!!

On Saturday, Jude ran a great racein the PFM ITA 240SX, finishing third behind the track record holder and the former track record holder. His fastest lap on Saturday was a 1:32.5. Way to go Jude!!!

In the IT-7 car, Jim again set the track record at a blindingly fast 1:33.013. Way to go Jim!!!!

Then on Sunday we had some fuel problems with the 240, the culprit appears to be the fuel pressure regulator and the return line. The car was running excessively rich and not well at all. We were able to get it kinda fixed and Jude finished 4th with a fast lap of 1:34.5. The car was running like crap. Needless to say we have a bit of work to do before MAM.

In the AS race on Sunday, Jim got off to a great start right behind Tom Smith. When they came around to begin the second lap, Jim had taken first place. He was moving. Shortly after that he was hit by a car in another class which put him into third place. The hit was unfortunately directly in the rear tire and on lap nine Jim was forced to pull over due to a shelled differential.

Even though he did not get to finish the race running, he did capture the track record in AS with a time of 1:26.429!!! I know call him Super Speedy Jim! Way to go!!

All in all it was a great weekend. Our next outing is going to be at MAM on April 22nd & 23rd. We can't wait!!

Wow, thanks, Jen!

The PFM Racing IT7 car continues to be fast and dependable.

Tuxedo Park Racing has developed the AS car into a rocket. The car is now way faster than the driver.

Thanks to both PFM and Tuxedo Park for my best year ever.
