I will agree Charter Communications sucks! I have been an employee with this company nearly 4 years and I can tell you the company sucks! If it makes anyone feel better Charter treats there employees even worse then they do you as a customer so then you get the trickle down affect.  In the area I'm at we only offer cable, digital and internet and we are down a great deal. So hang in there and perhaps the owner of the company Paul Allen will sale us and you may one day have good service.

We had some bad wind storms in NC that took out power for a couple of hours on one day. Four days later there is no Charter cable but Charter phone and internet work fine since the minite power was restored.   When calling the Charter 800 # , all the people can tell you is "they are working on it".  When e-mailing and people act as thought they have clue, there shouldn't be problem (although they do not actually say but only imply it) and they tell you that " your box was sent a signal, wait for something to happen in 10 to 15 minutes.   Well it been several hours and ther is not cable and the Charter live chat folks disconnect me when I ask for "why" the service is out.  These  people should be trained to a) tell the truth, whatever it may be or, b) admit that they don't have a clue and/or c) offer alternative companies for service.   I long for the days of rabbit ears.

charter treats there employees like low life there screwed everytime they turn ,, charter respects no one customer oe employee ive been there 22 years there is more going on than you can believe ....   just ask anyone about there great stock scandle everyone claimed they knew nothing not so the low life employees knew trouble call oh theres a outage in your area were working on it       yea right
