I received this email on Nov 14. Chime in if you can help. For Royale, I recall the name Hugh Klienpeter (sp?) but can't find my notes for an address.

--- Subject: super vee help? Date: Mon, 14 Nov 2005 15:22:38 -0000 From: "Daniel Dutton" To: [email protected]

Hello, my name is dan and I am currently studying on a motorsport degree course in England, I have acquired a royale super vee chassis which I believe to be a rp 14. the only problem is the chassis plate is missing. It is a chassis only and I have no other parts. So I was wondering if you could help point me in the direction of where I might get some parts or where I might get some information on the building of vehicle as I am unsure how the engine bolts. Any help or guidance would be gratefully received as I am building the vehicle for my project for my course. Thanks dan

My email is [email protected] ==========

I don't know if he'll be able to help you out, but contact Bryan Cohn. I'm getting ready to do some repair work on the frame of his Royale. He seemed to have some contacts for parts and history. You can find his email through www.scca.org on the Contacts page (look under Club Racing)

Hugh Kleinpeter died several years ago....and I believe Andy Greene (Andy Greene Sports Cars) out of SC bought the rest of the inventory.  Dan, I will email you Andy's info shortly.

Dan emailed me back. All he has is bare chassis. Quite the project. I'll add his entry on the HFSVR. Hopefully someday there will be another FSV at the track!

a little history.... Alan Cornock has been involved in the manufacture and sales of every Royale Race car ever built. A total of 731 cars being produced from 1968 until 1987. http://www.racingcarsforsale.co.uk/...royale.htm
