I have to sadly inform you that I must sell my 1971 Zink Z9 or at least I'm
looking for a new home for it. It has been restored to very good condition. The engine was professionally rebuilt and has around 3 hours of school time on it. The suspension has been professionally done. I have two sets of wheels one with old tires and one with sticker Hoosiers slicks. Lots of extra parts and even a complete set of bulk heads. Lots of suspension parts, its been through
tech for Midwestern council and VSCDA with current logs.

If you know of anyone who might be interested please pass this on. Dominick has additional information on the car as well.

I'm looking for $15k or something very close. I have over $20k invested but don't expect to get that back. Or I'd consider a good daily driver as my Boxster is getting too many miles on it for my liking.

I have a '79-'80 1600cc Water Cooled
Super Vee. The car is very unique and has a SCCA National and Regional
Racing history. The car was originaly designed and built by Dennis Egli
from Sidney, NY. I purchased the car in 1983 and have owned it ever
since. The car is complete with gears, wheels, and other spares. It is
located in the Binghamton, NY area. I would be interested in selling it or
possibly getting involved in your organization and showing +/or racing
it. Please contact me with any info available. Thank You: Rich

Noticed on Ebay:

Formula Vee/FSV Racing Book Andrew Schupack

See item # 1814191673
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/ebayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1814191673&r=0&t=0

I've heard about this book but have never located one for sale. It's not cheap. Too expensive for me.

I've recently fabricated some "e;skirts"e; for the side pods on my Ralt RT-5. My first pair were mostly aluminum (66"e; long, 3"e; wide, with two 45 degree bends lengthwise). Attached to the bottom of each skirt is a 66"e; x 1"e; x 1/2"e; strip of hard plastic that serves as a rub strip. The aluminum looks great (all polished) but afterwards I was concerned that an off-track spin would quite probably tear away fiberglass (this happened to me last year and it was a paint to repair). My second attempt used clear Lexan instead of aluminum. It still looks good, and I think there is a better chance that the Lexan will tear away without doing as much damage to the fiberglass side pods. (BTW, I know many of you are asking why I don't just stay on the pavement and totally avoid the problem. That is part of my plan as well. Of course, not crashing is always part of the plan, but ...)

My reason for posting is to let you know that I bought much more material than I needed because it was just as cheap to buy the larger pieces (i.e., 4' x 8'. If you need material, or if you would like to see digital pictures of the pieces, send me an email message - [email protected] I could be talked into making and selling pieces if someone wanted to buy them complete. I haven't thought about the prices for material or complete pieces, but I will if there is interest.

Russ

(Hey, gang, let's get this forum going again. I'm sure there are lots of FSV folks out there with intersting topics to post & discuss.)

Some FSV stuff and lots of crazy junk at http://members.aol.com/pvbms/parts.html

Did Lola T320s use a 100mm wheel pattern? If those 13x8"e; were 130mm , I'd snag'em! Can they be drilled?

And...primarily for earlier Formula Ford and sports racers, depending on your FSV Lola..I have the replacement uprights for sale at a good price made with high quality materials. FF starts at T200 model, but may be correct for the earlier Lola chassis. Take a peek at;
