I have been trying to decide whether to allow for sale / wanted items here. It should be ok as long as it is FSV related. I will moderate as necessary. Just keep adding them to this same thread by posting a reply.

Wanted: Weber IDF idle jets - size 55.

I am considering a Super Vee vintage racer. Been production and vintage racing in Porsches and Vw's for a while. Currently run SVRA,HSR. Where should I look for a car and racing? Would like watercooled late as I can afford Super Vee.

To the party looking for Weber IDF idle jets:
I use Weber 48 IDA Carbs on my two air-cooled Caldwell D-10 FSVs. To obtain jets for Weber Carbs, I suggest that you try:
"e;Fast Freddy's"e; in Santa Ana, CA,
    Phone: 714-540-3801 or
    "e;Pierce Manifolds"e; in Gilroy, CA
    phone: 408-842-6667
Both of these businesses have been very helpful to me. Fast Freddy's usually has the jets and emulsion tubes in stock. In addition, I was able to get jet gauges and reamer sets from Pierce Manifolds.

Let me know if you get what you need. If not ,I may have some other sources for you.

I have the VW Sport stickers you are referring to. Also, I can create any graphics you might need in computer-cut vinyl. I have done the graphics for my own Super Vee (Anson SA6) and many other cars as well - for example I'm in the process of re-doing the historic liveries of two Tyrrell F-1 cars (ex Cevert and ex Stewart). Let me know if I can be of any help.

-Type 4 engine: the wavey lock washers that go under the nuts on the rocker arm assembly.
-1/2"e; hex stock to make valve cover holders IE coupler nuts. 6"e; long minimun. I'll cut to 1.5"e; long and tap it for the rocker arm stud. It will serve as the rocker assembly nut and valve cover attachment. I have some now but they are 3/8"e;. When tapped, that's a very thin wall.
    - springs(2): 2.5"e; inside diameter, 6"e; length, 200#-300#.
    -Weber IDF 55 idle jets.

Bud. Have you called Collins to ask if it is around. I mention this as I got Graham Collins business card a few months ago after ventilating my T324 at Willow Springs. Or would Jennings know? email me if you need the details.

Looking for a FSV in the Pacific Northwest. I'm in Oregon, but I am willing to travel a reasonable distance for the right car. I'm a larger person 6'0"e; 200+lbs. Interest in many different FSV, but the car I'm after is air cooled, vintage eligible, and hopefulyy monoposto eligible. Price range is open, depending on condition...but hope to spend 10K or so. I can be contacted at [email protected]

    thanks, Mike
