    Assuming new fluid, does it make a difference if brake work/bleeding, new lines, etc. is done in the winter vs. the summer?

    Temperature won't make a difference as long as it's not so cold that the fluid thickens.  Low humidity is nice to keep the fluid from absorbing as much water, but not necessary.
