Can anyone recommend a good local (STL) place to buy arbitrary lengths and bends of hoses and pipes suitable engine use?  I am putting a new engine in my Corolla, but the engine was originally in a front wheel drive car.  The coolant inlet/outlet are on the back of the head.  I will need to find a way to fab up a connection around the engine bay.  I will probably need a mix of metal straight sections and smaller 90 degree bends.

Every time I hit an auto parts store and try to explain what is going on I just get a really confused look :)

    *really confused look*

could always do AN/braided hose, Speed Sports off St. Charles Rock road(near 170) can help you out with that (you can find their info in Chris's blog I think)

anywho what motor are you swaping into you your corola?

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car, understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car, horsepower is how fast you hit the wall, torque is how far you take it with you.

I'm putting in a 4A-GE 20V Blacktop.  An example of the kind of setup I need can be seen here and others here

Thanks for the lead.  I'll definitely check with them.

Not bad, a nice high revving motor, I thought about putting a 20v in my mr2 at one point, but then ended up putting a 3sgte in it instead.
