I know carbon fiber is real big in the Import world, but if there is carbon fiber on a car will it be place into another class as far a S.C.C.A. rules go. I kinda figured that CF hoods, doors, deck lids, and fenders would put you into a higher class, but what about CF dash, seats, intakes, and small things like that. Also will the same rules apply to replacing steel with fiberglass?

The same rules apply for fiberglass. I would suggest you read the rule book http://www.scca.com/Solo/Index.asp?...&x=050|070&~= to find out what you are looking for then email Doug Gill at [email protected] if they seam unclear.

From what I can tell it would be in Street Mod or one of the prepared classes

basically, if you're allowed to replace an item, you can replace it with any material, barring any extra restrictions.  Seats and intakes would allow you to be in STS (probably, depending on the seat) or certain SP.  For the body panels, some of those would be allowed in SM, the rest would put you in P.
