5 Replies and 899 Views Ticket for no Front Plate? Don't just pay it!  899  5 Started by  jeyping It suddenly struck me the other morning that there is a certain Maryland Heights violation that must take care of - the court date was that night. Back on May 1st I got a ticket for not having a front license plate mounted on my car - in the parking lot of my apartment complex! I didn't even think they could do that. So I try to pay the ticket online that morning but it doesn't show up on the system, probably because I was doing it so late. So I make my way down to city hall to pay my $65 ...

Just then, Bush looks up and says, 'How many is a Brazilian'

17 Replies and 1142 Views Home Depot, Sorry Mike  1142  17 Started by  Bryan S I'm out running some errands after a long day at work. Driving by Home Depot I think, 'I really should buy a cordless impact for this season' and stop in to look around. I decide that the Rigid looks pretty good for the price and buy the last one they had on the shelf. The box was a bit damaged but I figure it's not a big deal as they move stuff around all the time. When I get home and open it, different story. The case is scratched up, the inside of the box is dusty. This is not a 'new' t...

2 Replies and 678 Views Prosecuting Street Racing - the California Way  678  2 Started by  jeyping California Police Training Video A training video for California Police on identifying and prosecuting people driving modified vehicles. Gotta love the logic at the end of the video - make it illegal to modify vehicles, so we can reduce street racing and save lives. Problem is, a C6 Corvette can probably beat that blue Civic in a street race. Or you can street race a Chevrolet Aveo for all anyone cares. Edit: Whoops, just saw that this is a repost from the Google Videos thread. Sorry.

It will probably be less expensive in the long run. Figure it lesson learned. Yes, it will be ha...
